How do I know which products have elastic-free waists?
Our range of mid and high-rise bottoms are designed with either a bonded edge (elastic-free) or elasticated waist. You can check under the ‘Product Details’ tab to find out about the waist material of a specific style.
How should I care for my Hush Hush?
It’s preferable that you hand wash your Hush Hush Shapewear in warm water, and avoid tumble drying.
Is there a stockist I can visit to try on the styles?
Hush Hush Shapewear is stocked in select boutiques across Australia and New Zealand. To find your closest one visit our stockists page here.
Do I need an account to check out?
You can check out as a guest to skip the logging in process although we would highly recommend creating an account for a quick and easy check out on future orders and to keep a history of your orders.
How do I enter my promo code?
You will be prompted to enter your valid promotional code during checkout and before entering your payment. If you have any problems doing so, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our friendly team will be able to help you.
What currency are your prices in?
Our prices are shown in Australian Dollar (AUD). If you are checking out with PayPal, you will be able to view your order total in your home currency before purchase.
How much does it cost to deliver?
AUSTRALIA: Delivery is free for Australian orders over $75. Australian orders under $75 incur a flat rate shipping fee of $10 with delivery via Australia Post.
NEW ZEALAND: Orders to New Zealand incur a $15 flat rate for shipping with delivery via Australia Post.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
Please note in periods of lockdown, there may be a delay in your online order due to restrictions and demand.
Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days then shipped by Australia Post. Please allow up to 7-10 days from shipment for delivery to reach you and refer to the Australia Post website for up to date delivery times.
Please be aware we do not ship items during holiday periods or weekends. Email us at email@example.com if you require urgent shipping.
Do you ship overseas?
Currently only shipping to Australia and New Zealand.

We’re so sorry to hear that your purchase is faulty, please get in touch with us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help you as you may be entitled to a refund or replacement. Please note that faulty item claims require a proof of purchase and should be received within a reasonable time post purchase.
Can I return or exchange my online order to a stockist?
Online orders must be returned to our warehouse and cannot be received by a stockist.
How and where do I return my order?
You can return your unworn and unused products from your online order within 30 days of purchase to our warehouse address below. You should include your order number and contact details within your parcel to help with the return process. Please note that purchases must be returned with all original tags and labels attached and still have the hygiene sticker on the gusset of the garment. We recommend you use registered mail when posting any returns, as Hush Hush is not liable for parcels that may get lost in transit.

How long will my return take?
Please allow 30 days for returns and exchanges to be processed from receipt of goods. If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions outlined above. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.
