Delivery and Returns

How and where do I return my order?

You can return your unworn and unused products from your online order within 30 days of purchase to our warehouse address below. You should include your order number and contact details within your parcel to help with the return process. Please note that purchases must be returned with all original tags and labels attached. We recommend you use registered mail when posting any returns, as Hush Hush is not liable for parcels that may get lost in transit.

Please note for any refunds on brief bundles we require you to return all briefs within bundle purchase to process refund.
For exchanges you can send back individual brief you wish to exchange. We don’t require you to send back all briefs within bundle purchase as we would for a refund.

How much does it cost to deliver?

AUSTRALIA:
Free Standard Shipping – On orders over $100
Standard Shipping - $10
Parcels are sent via Aus Post

NEW ZEALAND:
Orders to New Zealand incur a $15 flat rate for shipping

How long will it take to deliver my order?

AUSTRALIA:
Dispatch 1-2 days
Standard Shipping - Please allow 7-10 days after dispatch
Express Shipping - Please allow for 1-4 days after dispatch

NEW ZEALAND:
Dispatch 1-2 days.
Delivery with Aus Post to New Zealand addresses will take between 7-10 days depending on address.

Customs and Duties

We operate on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis for International Orders to New Zealand. Any outstanding import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees and/or other additional charges are the responsibility of our customer and are to be paid on delivery of your order.

My purchase is faulty:

Oh no! We're so sorry to hear that your purchase is faulty, please get in touch with us by emailing hello@hushhush.com.au so we can help you as you may be entitled to a refund or replacement. Please note that faulty item claims require a proof of purchase and should be received within a reasonable time post purchase.

Can I return or exchange my online order to a stockist?

Online orders must be returned to our warehouse and cannot be received by a stockist.

How long will my return take?

Please allow 30 days for returns and exchanges to be processed from receipt of goods. If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions outlined above. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.
